This town for 30,000 new residents in the northern suburb of Baoshan was designed by a team of architects at Sweden's Sweco. It features a strong Nordic theme with steep roofs, a traditional town square, and a park that sits on a lake shaped like the Baltic Sea.Â

Yep this is completed! I have many friends from Sweden and they also found this project very interesting!
Baoshan is a district of Shanghai in the north, as far as I can remember. I think they are still developing metro stations to reach this area of Shanghai but you can get the bus there from People's Square or just get a cab for like 20-30rmb...
I think it is where the main university is...
